Shooting and Editing Photos is the core of what a Hunting Photographer does and how he or she makes their money. It's a foundational skill in the profession. To get jobs your work must meet a certain standard and until that the rest of what you do makes little difference. In this course we talk about how to go about thinking about shooting photos, actualizing it in the field, and then editing them. The ultimate goal as a photographer is to develop your eye so that the camera simply becomes a tool.
The first part of this course talks about how to develop and grow your skills, how to plan a shoot and build a shot list, and then see how Steven Drake operates on a day of shooting. We then discuss some camera settings, how to best shoot timelapse sequences, and then dive into Lightroom. We break Lightroom up into three courses and both Steven Drake and Zack Boughton take you through their process of editing photos from beginning to end.
